Below is our current training schedule.  Please contact us for further details or with any questions.  Remember, your first session is complimentary, but please call ahead, so we may reserve your spot! 

There are currently spaces available in the semi-private training sessions listed below.  Friday (7am-1pm) and Tuesday (11:30-2:30pm) we are open for on-own training and personal training sessions.

Adult Training Sessions

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  -- 6-7am, 8-9am, and 3-4pm

    Monday and Thursday -- 4:15-5:15pm and 7-8pm

Complete Athlete Training -- Youth Camp (9-18 year olds)

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday -- 4:00-5:30pm

        May 21 through June 7

        June 11 through June 29

College Prep Camp -- 16+ year olds

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday -- 7-8:30am and 5:30-7:00pm

        May 21 through June 7

        June 11 through June 29

July Schedule coming soon .... check back June 15th for more information!

You may join an ongoing camp at a pro-rated cost.
