MOORE TRAINING SCHEDULE

All semi-private training programs offer 3 days of sessions each week at specific times; however, you  may choose the days and times that fit your schedule.  You may attend 3 sessions, 2 sessions, or 1 session a week depending on your needs & time available. 

Most people start with 2 days a week.  Some add a third day as they progress in their training, while others simply maintain 2 days a week.  Some train in a semi-private session 1 day a week, because that's what they can do.  Training 2-3 days a week will result in greater results faster.  But even 1 session a week will start to bring you results.

YOUTH TRAINING:

Complete Athlete Training (9+ year olds)

5:15-6:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

College Athlete Prep

6:45-8:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

ADULT TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

6-7:15am Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9-10:15am Monday, Wednesday, Friday

4:00-5:15pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

5:15-6:30pm Monday

6:45-8pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Circuit Training for All -- Saturdays 1:30-2:45pm
